This shoot with Jane Broderson was done in “Downtown Old Danville”, California.
Jane used to do alot of modeling when she was younger with agencies like Stars and then Boom. She is currently in the process of getting started again. Jane is a pretty experienced model with a great variety of looks and oh, those captivating eyes!!
I had a blast working with Jane, and would love forward to future work with Jane!
Totally awesome – considering Chelsea’s relatively new to the whole modeling scene. Motivated, confident (not conceited) and outgoing, Chelsea’s up for any challenge and extremely easy to work with.
I first found Chelsea on Model Mayhem, and her portfolio and her eyes, in particular, caught my eye. I left a tag and soon found that she’s traveling out here to California from Portland, Oregon.
We got to shoot this weekend in yet another one of my favorite spots – Stinson Beach, California. She wanted specifically professionally done swimwear images for her portfolio – great! just exactly what I can provide!!
While the heavily overcast sky was a little dull at times, the occasional bursts of sunshine provided ample opportunities to grab just few of those important shots. The same weather conditions also provided the saturated colors shown on her skin tones – just what we all needed!
I would love to work with Chelsea again!
These are some images of Christina (from past shoots) that I really love. She has such a classy look!
Christina did all of the styling and makeup on all of the shoots. As with any other shoots, we collaborated on the concepts prior to the shoots.
Christina also has an extremely pleasant and friendly personality, and thus was a blast to work with.
She readily anticipates the photographer’s moves while working in to the overall flow or shoot sequence, her own unique poses and expressions. She’s also very quick to improvise based on high level concepts conveyed, providing thus a good variety of poses, moods and looks.
She’s obviously very suitable for all sorts of modeling work given her height and slender built.
Christi currently goes to school in Cal Poly and we corresponded with each other via OMP.
She scouted out the various locations she knows of in San Luis Obispo, and they all turned out to be fabulous!
These locations were in part derived from the high level concepts we had previously discussed prior to the shoot. It was obvious that Christi’s a natural to modeling and enjoys it very much. She also brings to the shoot her unique personality, energy and attitudes.
I would love to work with Christi again!
